The local crew, not a dispatch center
First Rate Chimney has been family-run in Estacada since 2022. Jesse owns the company and still works on the roof. When you call, you talk to the people who will actually be up there, and the 5.0 rating across 93 Google reviews is what that earns.
Wood heat is serious business here
Estacada winters mean wood stoves and fireplaces earn their keep. Industry guidance is a yearly sweep for regularly used wood-burning appliances, because creosote builds with every fire and it is the fuel in most chimney fires.
Pellet stove service is $279 flat, and the crew carries specialized equipment for every heating appliance, from the glass to the cap. A standard chimney sweep and inspection is $240 flat.
Masonry that outlasts the roof
The masonry crew brings thirty years of brick and mortar experience to tuckpointing, crowns, refacing, and full or roofline rebuilds. A rebuild from this crew is built to outlast the roof around it, and every job is quoted before work starts.
